It is loved by locals and tourists alike because you can enjoy the delicate taste of seasonal ingredients while enjoying the scenery full of Japanese taste.
Handmade soba is a masterpiece blended with buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and Aizu.
Crispy Kakiage made with plenty of Sakura shrimps, which are only caught in limited areas and at limited times of the year even in Japan.
Our specialty eel which is processed and cooked to order.
